How Digital Delivery Works
At Cadence Digital, we sell exclusively digital, downloadable products — no physical items are shipped.

Instant Access After Purchase
After completing your purchase, you'll receive immediate access to your files via a download link. A confirmation email with your download link will also be sent to your email address, typically within minutes.

Finding Your Files
Your download link is in your order confirmation email. If you created an account at checkout, your files are also available anytime under My Account → Order History.

Opening Google Sheets Files
Google Sheets products come as a link — click it, then choose File → Make a copy to save your own editable version to your Google Drive. You'll need a free Google account.

Opening Excel Files
Excel (.xlsx) files work in Microsoft Excel, and also open in free alternatives like Google Sheets (File → Import) or LibreOffice Calc.

Opening PDF Files
PDFs open in any PDF reader — Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Preview, or your browser. Fillable PDFs work best in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) for typing directly into the fields.

Printing US Letter and A4 Files
Most products include both US Letter and A4 versions. When printing, select "Actual size" or "100%" in your print dialog — avoid "Fit to page," which can shrink margins or crop content.

Accessing Your Files Again
Download links don't expire. If you can't find your original email or lost access, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.

Software Requirements
No special software is required beyond what's listed above (a PDF reader, and Excel or a free Google account for spreadsheet products). Everything is compatible with both Mac and Windows.

Personal-Use License
All products are licensed for personal, household use by the purchaser only. Files may not be resold, redistributed, or used in a derivative product for sale.

If Your Download Email Doesn't Arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing after 15 minutes? Contact us at info@cadencedigitalstore.com and we'll resend it.

If a File Won't Open or Looks Damaged
Contact us with the product name and what you're seeing — we'll send a fresh copy or troubleshoot the specific format.
