Refund policy

Every product here is a digital download, so here's exactly how this works.

If it's not right for you, we'll refund it. Email us within 14 days of purchase and tell us it didn't work out. You don't need to justify it or fill out a form. We only ask that you delete the files, and that you tell us briefly what didn't fit — that's how the next version gets better.

If something is broken, that's not a refund — that's our mistake. A corrupted file, the wrong file, a link that won't open: email info@cadencedigitalstore.com and we'll fix it, usually the same day.
