Ordering & Digital Delivery
Is this a physical product?
No — every product at Cadence Digital is a digital download. Nothing is shipped; you'll receive access to your files shortly after checkout.
When will I receive my files?
Immediately. You'll get instant access after checkout, plus a confirmation email with your download link, typically within minutes.
What if my download email doesn't arrive?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing after 15 minutes? Contact us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
Can I access my files again later?
Yes — download links don't expire. If you've lost your original email, just contact us with your order number.
File Formats & Compatibility
Which formats do your products come in?
It varies by product — most include some combination of Google Sheets, Excel, printable PDF, and fillable PDF. Check the individual product page for exact formats included.
Do I need Google Sheets or Excel specifically?
For Google Sheets products, you'll need a free Google account (no paid subscription required). For Excel files, Microsoft Excel works best, though free alternatives like Google Sheets (via File → Import) or LibreOffice Calc also work.
Can I use these on my phone or tablet?
PDFs open on any phone or tablet with a PDF reader. Some products also include Goodnotes-compatible files for tablet annotation. Google Sheets and Excel files work on mobile apps too, though the larger dashboards are easiest to use on a laptop or desktop.
Do I need any special software?
No — just a PDF reader (built into most devices) and, for spreadsheet products, either Excel or a free Google account.
Printing
Can I print these?
Yes — most products include both US Letter and A4 sizing so you can print at home or through a print shop.
How do I print without cutting off content?
Select "Actual size" or "100%" in your print dialog. Avoid "Fit to page," which can shrink margins or crop your file.
Licensing & Usage
What can I use these for?
All products are licensed for personal, household use by the purchaser only.
Can I share a file with a friend or family member?
Files are licensed to the individual purchaser only — please don't share, resell, or redistribute copies. If someone else wants to use it, we'd appreciate them purchasing their own copy.
Can I use these for my business or resell them?
No — our license doesn't permit resale, redistribution, or use in a derivative product for sale.
Support & Refunds
What if a file won't open or looks damaged?
Contact us with the product name and what you're seeing — we'll send a fresh copy or help troubleshoot.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, purchases are generally non-returnable after delivery. If something isn't working — a broken file, a download issue — contact us and we'll make it right. See our Refund policy for full details.
I accidentally bought the same product twice — what now?
Contact us before downloading the second copy and we'll help sort it out.
